  • Managing projects, and inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations.

Requirements:
  • Degree / Masters in Civil Engineering (preferred).

  • Oversee and coordinate all technical and design matters.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with client,Government authorities and consultants.
  • Coordinate, check and evaluate design works by consultants to ensure its compliance with the requirements from client, Government authorities and consultants.
  • Provide technical support and value engineering input to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Check and advise on all technical specifications during tender or contract documentation stage.
  • Coordinate and advise other supporting departments such as land, utility services on technical related matters.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
  • MUST have minimum 8 years to 10 years of working experience in construction.
  • Able to coordinate all technical works (architectural, civil, structural, M&E etc).

6. Job Responsibilities for Senior Structural Engineer (Min 5 years to 8 years Working Exp in Civil/Construction, KL):-
  • Execution of all structural designs in accordance with project requirements, Web Structures’ standards and policies and all other relevant standards and requirements.
  • Adherence to and implementation of Web Structures Quality Assurance Policy and Procedures applicable to Project Engineers.
  • Assisting the Project Engineer in drawing up overall and specific stage programme for Web Structures works in line with “agreed project schedule”.
  • Delegation of works to supporting staff and supervision of their works.
  • Liaison with project consultants and other external bodies as may be necessary for the progress of works.
  • Calling for and/or attending Project Review sessions.
  • Preparation of relevant reports and specifications in line with an agreed Project Programme.
  • Organising production and issue of Web Structures’ drawings in line with an agreed Project Programme.
  • Ensuring that Incoming Drawing Registers are kept up-to-date.
  • Analysis of the works scope and reporting to Project Associate / Engineer.
  • Keeping Project Associate informed of project progress.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-8 years in a design office, conversant with design software.
  • The portfolio should include work done on major structures.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Able to work independently with flair for innovation.
  • Good knowledge on ETABS, SAFE & SAP & REVIT.

7. Job Responsibilities for Civil Engineer (Min 2 years to 3 years Working Exp in Water & Sewage, Shah Alam):-

  • Conduct site meetings with suppliers,subcontractors, clients and consultants on technical clarifications.
  • Familiarise with project management, scheduling and costing / budgeting.
  • Conduct site inspection including factory inspection of civil engineering products.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITY
  • The Training Executive will be expected to manage training activities related but not limited to the following:
  • For trainees, dealers and business partners; ranging from new joiners to experienced management.

3. Training Effectiveness (Post-Training)
  • Conduct 360 post-training evaluation and make continuous improvement in aligning to company objectives.
  • Monitor and coach trainees and mentors to achieve learning and organizational objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and make training reports periodically to the management.
4. Maintaining Training Records (Administration)
  • Maintain and update training records of all employees in orderly fashion.
  • Manage all users, update training records and training and assessment content allocation in the online Learning Management System for Malaysia.
  • Main liaison for overseas training arrangements and related reporting.
