JR/SR SALES EXECUTIVE - Building Materials/Construction (1-2 yrs exp_RM2.5k-5k)

Position: Sales/Marketing Executive
Location: KL
Package: Basic (RM2500-RM3500) + Allowances + Commission & Incentive

Responsibilities:

• Follow up projects by meeting owners, end users, consultants, agencies and main contractors as  necessary.
• Provide product specifications to designers or consultants to be included in tender / product design brief.
• Market and promote specific product assigned by the company.
• Provide feedback on general market conditions.
• Maintain and uphold excellent relationship between the company and the customer.
• Follow up on new and existing sales leads.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher in any field.
• Min. 1 year project marketing / sales experience.
• Must be result orientated, aggressive, committed and proactive.
• Possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Training will be provided.
• Good command in English language.

Position: Project Sales Engineer
Location: PJ
Package: Basis (RM3500-RM5000) + Sales Commission + Travel Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Manage project sales activities to M&E/ELV/SI Contractors, Main-cons, Developers in sales activities.
• Promote company's products and spec-in to Electrical Consultants, Main-cons, Developers and End Users.
• Basic technical knowledge and support to all level of customers in sales activities.
• To support on company's Sound  & Communication systems design and configuration for sales activities.
• Cost control and management of project sales business.
• Responsibility to collect payment from customers.
• Collect and analyse market & competitor’s information and feedback to management. Execute any ad-hoc matters given by Superior or Management

Requirements:

• Possess at least Certificate/Diploma or Degree in electronic or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Candidate must have initiative, responsible, self motivated and interpersonal skill.
• Candidate with 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
• Candidate with background experience from ELV/Audio Visual /Public Address industries is an added advantage. (Not mandatory)
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel outstation.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to communicate in Chinese dialect.

Requirement:

• SPM with Mathematic credit/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Interior Design or Engineering or its equivalent
• 1 year working experience in sales/marketing/building materials industry (kitchen/fire protection/ decorative architectural products)
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and other various dialects is an added advantage
• Computer literate in Microsoft Words & Excel
• Possess own transport

Position: Sales/Marketing Executive
Location: Mid-Valley,KL
Package: Basic Basis (RM2000 - RM3500) + Allowances + Commission & Incentive

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customer and introduce company's product services
• Perform walk-in, cold calling to generate sales lead
• Prepare quotation and align within customer budget and requirements
• Close deal and perform effective communication with all parties to ensure excellent arrangement
• Attend site and customer meeting
• Prepare daily report and perform payment collection

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture, Business Management or equivalent.
• Candidate without education qualification but with Sales & Marketing experience will be considered
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 year(s) Sales experience dealing with interior design related is an added advantage. Working in similar industry with ready base of contacts.
• Must be willing to work in showroom and external sales.
• Posses own transport and willing to travel
• Must be willing to deal with Designer/ Owner to propose our products & services & packages.
• Candidate with ID knowledge is an added advantage.
• Simple graphic skills required.

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Bandar Puncak Alam
Package: Basic Basis (RM3000 - RM4000) + Allowances + Commission & Incentive

Responsibilities:

• Preferably 2 years related working experience in architectural or construction products under western multinational companies. Those from MNC background would be highly regarded.
• Good presentation, communication skills, able to work with minimum supervision.
• Work commitment and result- oriented.
• Ability to work & function effectively, technical and mechanical aptitude. Able to work in team allied with strong operational discipline.
• Strong ethical and professional values, alertness and highly motivated.

Requirements :

• Candidate should possess Certificate or Diploma, Degree in Civil engineering, Architectural or Construction Management.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Other local dialects would be an added advantage.
• Computer literate
