FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER ( 5 DAYS WORK / MNC/ SUBANG JAYA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the whole accounting and finance team, setting high personal and professional standards, exercising effective leadership and control, with sound communication, objective setting, appraisal and the identification of staff training and development needs.
  • Responsible in day to day accounting activities including monthly closing procedures, monthly management accounts consolidation and managing year end audit compliances.
  • Prepare annual budgeted Profit & Loss Accounts for all outlets, profit centers and company level as well as review data input into Accounting System.
  • Prepare budgeting, forecast, financial analysis, payment of taxation and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure strict compliance and implementation of internal control policies and procedures, accounting control system with standardized financial reporting formats and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that corporate priorities, financial targets and disciplines are both well understood and adhered to by working closely with all levels throughout the Company.
  • Work closely with Management in achieving the Company’s objectives and participate actively in business growth and expansion.
  • Performs ad-hoc special assignments/projects and to develop contingency plans as required by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree or Professional qualification in Finance or Accountancy, ACCA or others equivalent qualification.
  • Possess at least 5 years of working experience, preferably with managerial experience in the related field.
  • Sound knowledge of the Malaysia Accounting Standard Board (MASB) and Malaysia Financial Reporting Standard (MFRS) & IFRS. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are added advantage.
  • Must have hands-on experience; possess high level of self-motivation, performance-driven, meticulous, good time management, proactive, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, with a firm and mature personality.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, resourceful and possess strong analytical and strategy formulation skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing (preferable in tiles industry)
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills coupled with good command of English and other local dialects

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales)

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience working for construction industry.
  • Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, Civil Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management.
  • Able to speak English, Malay and Chinese.
  • Proven 5 years track record in achieving 30% to 40%+ annual sales growth in the architectural or construction sector.
  • Proven closing and negotiating skills.
  • Experience and knowledge in pricing and estimating.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, conversant in working cross-culturally.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and internet.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the direct sales operations of Malaysia. Ensure effective execution, follow-up and follow-through of selling tactics and strategy for customer and enquiries.
  • Sets and reviews monthly, quarterly and annual sales and objectives for all Marketing personnel.
  • Sales management process: Conduct weekly and monthly review with Marketing team on their sales activities, enquiries, sales call follow-up, hit-rate, support on marketing and marketing communications activities, retains an experienced world-class sales team. Build and enhance sales management process to achieve maximum efficiency and hit rate.
  • Provides monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and budget, project pipeline development/ tracking and progress.
  • Train and coach marketing personnel to upgrade their specification selling and management ability.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership quality to support the continuous improvement and growth, change management within the team members and ensure timely implementation of actions plans in a regular manner.
  • Lead the marketing team to work closely with all other functions such as human resources, finance to achieve front-to-back alignment that contributes to stronger end-results.
  • Any other task to be assigned as and when required.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Have a successful career and proven track record
  • Can communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally
  • Prefer someone with working experience in China before
  • Able to work in China

Responsibilities
