PLANT MANAGER (4-7yrs Exp in Poultry/Meat Industry/Packaging) - SARAWAK

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee production and inspection operations of poultry slaughterhouse to ensure a continuous supply of safe and wholesome chicken products for consumers.
  • Plan and monitor the sales administration and logistic operations to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and chicken products delivery.
  • Work closely with Farm Managers and Sales Team on chicken products inventory to quality issues.
  • Follow-up processes and stages of production with the application of food safety rules, HACCP and good housekeeping.
  • Liaise with all internal and external parties for daily operation activities.
  • Build strong working relationship with internal and external business customers and executive/manager level management.
  • Responsible for staff development; towards the department and Company goals and objectives.
  • Prepare training program and teaching material for support staff according to their job tasks.
  • Provide timely and relevant reports as required by the Management.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

Requirements:
  • Diploma, Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 4 years to 7 years of progressive and relevant experience in meat related field.
  • Preferably with poultry slaughterhouse, meat processing or packing industry experience.
  • Working experience in managerial role.
  • Good interpersonal skill, high management skill, independent.
  • Willing to work in Sarawak.
  • THIS POSITION IS FOR MALAYSIANS ONLY.

*SALARY:RM 4000 - RM 6500

BANK FINANCIAL CONSULTANT (Based in Branches, Across Malaysia)

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English, Tamil
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably candidate with 2 years of working experience in the branch environment. Result oriented, passionate with marketing and willing to adapt to new thing.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill and able to actively interact with all levels of customers.
  • Candidate with full insurance license [PCE (Life), CEILI & TBE] will have added advantage. 
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
