  • Ensure all drawings and material are in accordance with that of client specifications and standards, including all applicable codes and regulations.

  •  Co-ordinate and supervise project execution plans for the implementation of civil and structure work from project initiation, planning, commissioning and handover.
  • Interaction with client, consultant, supplier and government agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze the project including quality, schedule, cost and changes.
  • Provide professional measures for technical matters.
  • Closely monitor services provided by vendors and contractor and make timely instruction.
  • Summarize project progress and review project schedule.

Requirements:

Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery,equipment, pipe and electrical systems incommercial or industrial establishments by performing the following duties :
  • Carry out inspections and tests on machinery and equipment
  • General servicing of machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
  • Dismantles/repairs defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts
  • Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery
  • Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring,and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment

Responsibilities:

  • Management project costing including payment claims, variations and final accounts.

  • Cost planning, analysis & monitoring for project resource, costing and project budget.
  • Implementation of contractual knowledge and drafting project correspondences.
  • Undertake and execute works with sense of responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • Candidates must posses at least have a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalents.

 Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of cost estimation / project budget / cash flow based on preliminary or detail design.
  • Preparation of bill of quantities (BQ) / tender document and invite contractor / sub-contractor to tender for the project.
  • Responsible for quantities and contracts matters of the project assigned to her/him.
  • Responsible on pre-contract of tender, cost planning, budget estimates and post-contract of site valuation, preparation of progress certificate, variation orders, final accounts, procurement, monitoring of material
    and construction cost.
  • Develops the estimates and provides support in obtaining materials and subcontract pricing in conjunction with the project team requirements.
  • Able to source for sub-contractors / suppliers and negotiate for competitive prices.
  • Reviews specifications and drawings to determine scope of work, costing structures, contractual requirements, as well as preparing the letter of award to sub-contractors.
  • Preparations of progress claim to main contractors and prepare and evaluate subcontractor’s claim and payment certificate.
  • Conduct site valuation.
  • Assist in monitoring of budget and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years to 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer literate and exhibit strong arithmetical and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge on construction costing and contract administration of various types of buildings.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • Preferred candidate who can converse in Mandarin.
  • Possess own transport.
4. QS (Min 2 years to 4 years working experience, Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparing quotations to clients.
  • Co-ordinate with clients and relevant departments internally on project requirement, schedule and material specification.
  • Carry out material taking-off based on shop drawings.
  • Work closely with procurement team to prepare cost analysis.
  • To assist in preparing daily/monthly site valuation report and follow up on work progress.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years to 4 years experience in relevant field.
  • MUST be able to communicate in Chinese language.
  • Experience in quantity taking off, preparation of interim valuation for main contractors and sub-contractors and pre and post contract duties including tendering.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, able to interact with sub-contractor, clients and suppliers and computer literate.
  • Familiar in structural steel activities will be an added advantage.
