HUMAN RESOURCE / ADMIN (PJ / KL / SUBANG / BANTING / SHAH ALAM)

REQUIREMENT
  • Qualifications (SPM / STPM / Cert / Diploma / Degree)
  • Fresh graduates is welcomed to apply, advantage to applicants with working experience
  • Must be able to communciate in English language, proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage
  • We're looking for someone with passion in HR or admin related field, able to handle stress & work extra hours to accomplish deadlines & company goals
  • Training is provided for candidate that is willing to learn
  • Preferably someone with own transwport as some of the working locations is not accessible via public transport

    • HUMAN RESOURCE
      • HR Executive - Raja Chulan (required experience in payroll)
      • HR Executive - Solaris, Mont Kiara (2 yrs General HR experience)
      • Payroll Specialist - Banting (required experience in payroll)
      • HR Executive - Kelana Jaya (fresh grads, handling foreign workers issue)
      • HR Assistant Manager - Kota Damansara (leadership skills + general HR experience)
      • HR & Admin Senior Executive - TTDI / Tropicana (Minimum 10 years of working experience)
    • ADMINISTRATOR
      • Admin Assistant - Subang Jaya / Sunway / Summit (fresh grads / experienced)
      • Admin Clerk - Kelana Square (fresh grads)
      • Admin Assistant  - Mutiara Damansara (2 years experience in Admin)
      • Admin Support (Operations) - Ara Damansara (matured + experienced in operations)
      • Clerical Assistant - Jln Kemajuan (fresh grads)
      • Sales Admin / Admin Executive - Kota Damansara (fresh or with experience)
      • M&E Coordinator - Glenmarie (prefer engineering background, Cert or Diploma)
      • Sales Admin Executive - Bukit Jelutong (MNC in Agriculture)
      • Sales Coordinator - Batu Tiga (Japanese speaking)
RESPONSIBILITY
  • Depends on the department assigned, will be handling general HR / Admin tasks
  • Making sure the sytem & data is up to date, report is completed within deadlines
  • Liaising with various departments & supliers / clients 
  • Arranging logistics & transportations, booking of accomodations & flights when necessary
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned
