1) Logistic Assistant

  • - Sorting and assigning of Delivery Orders
    - Assigning and scheduling of transporter for deliveries
    - Updating of deliveries to Logistic Management System
    - Monitoring the return of signed Delivery Orders by courier companies

    - Report to Senior Operations Manager regarding noted stock movement other than those picked for deliveries.

3) Inventory Executive

    - Conduct and lead Annual Physical & bi-monthly Cycle Counts at warehouses and business centers.
    - Analyze and verify Cycle Count discrepancies.
    - Ensure minimal stock discrepancy level at all warehouses including Business Centers
    - Liaise with Third Party Warehouses in Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia for Cycle Count and to reconcilen Stock Variances on a monthly basis

ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE MANAGER (BATU TIGA SHAH ALAM/ RM5500)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Supervise and schedule warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions. 
·         Oversee warehouse operations to exceed expectations for productivity, daily workflow, product availability and accuracy.

·         Develop, evaluate, retain and dismiss departmental personnel, including the set up of KPI for subordinates, control and monitor their performance, train the staff on important areas of skills and etc.
·         Ensure all policies and Standard Operating Procedures in Warehouse Department be followed and obligated by all Warehouse staff and other related departments on receiving and delivery issues.
·         Proficiently use required technologies including distribution and office software.
·         Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely.
·         Verify that forklift/truck operators are within regulatory compliance.
·         Resolve any receiving or delivery complaint issues quickly and effectively.
