1. NATURE OF BUSINESS: FOOD PACKAGING MANUFACTURER

    POSITION: WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS EXEVUTIVE/ SUPERVISOR

    LOCATION: SHAH ALAM

    SALARY: RM 2500- 3500

JOB DETAILS:

1. Ensure that the overall warehouse, inventory & logistic management control and process are executed efficiently and with upmost integrity.

2. safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

3. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations planning, monitoring, counselling and discipline

4. Monitor quality and progress of each given tasks

5. Improves warehouse and logistic procedures by devising new applications, updating procedures and evaluating system results with users

6. To perform any other duties as required by the Management

2. NATURE OF BUSINESS: DIGITAL DEVICES

    POSITION: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

    LOCATION: KL/ NEED TRAVELLING

    SALARY: RM 2500 AND ABOVE 

JOB DETAILS:

1. Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming shipments.
2. Sorts and places materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined
sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Marks materials with
identifying information.
3. Pulls and distributes materials, tools, or other stock items in order to fill buyer requests.
4. Maintains accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory
system.
5. Maintain accurate inventory count, perform ‘weekly’ inventory count and submit reports
to management.
6. Report to Senior Operations Manager regarding noted stock movement other than those
picked for deliveries.
7. Ensure work areas are kept clean and goods are well arranged at all times.
8. To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

3. NATURE OF BUSINESS: WATCHES/ FASHION APPARELS 

    POSITION: INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

    LOCATION: KL

    SALARY: RM3000

JOB DETAILS:

1. Ensure accuracy of data in the inventory system

2. Process spare parts orders
3. Check stock balance and stock availability
4. Handle spare parts enquiries
5. To ensure stock of spare parts is in optimal level
6. To provide price estimates to the customers via phone and fax
7. Provide follow up on unfulfilled orders from factories as well as submitting claims to the factories on parts that is to be exchanged or replaced
8. Good communication skills

4. NATURE OF BUSINESS: CERAMIC MANUFACTURER

    POSITION: WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

   LOCATION: PASIR GUDANG, JOHOR

   SALARY: RM3500

JOB DETAILS:

1. Responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, order picking, internal transfer, and stock level
2. Ensure all the warehouse operations work processes are in accordance with the established procedures and standards.
3. Responsible for monthly reports and physical stock count.
4. Supervisory of a team of warehouse staff
5. Daily distribution of stock

6. To ensure goods are kept in good condition, systematically arranged and safeguarded

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required skill(s): warehouse and inventory control, WMS, SAP.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SHAH ALAM,KL,JOHOR.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
