ADMIN POSITION - KL, SHAH ALAM, PJ (CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT)

REQUIREMENT
  • Qualifications: Preferably with Cert, Diploma, Degree in Business Admin
  • Experience: fresh graduates with or without working experience is welcomed to apply
  • Language: Chinese, English, Bahasa Melayu
  • Good communications skills, able to work independently & as an individual
  • Applicants must be able to work in ONE of the following location:
    • Raja Chulan monorail, KL (MNC) - Sales Admin (contract)
    • Glenmarie (MNC) - Sales Coordinator (admin)
    • Kota Damansara, PJ - Admin Officer
    • Mont Kiara, KL - Admin Assistant
    • Jln Tandang, PJ - Data Processing Assistant
    • Lorong 51A, PJ - Admin Assistant

RESPONSIBILTIY
  • Handling general admin tasks, preparing invoices etc
  • Assisting current executives / manager in their reports, coodinations of logistics, & supporting in purchasing, preparations of POSM material etc
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
