MECH DESIGN ENGINEER(3-5yrs Exp in LED Manufacturing/Robotics/Automation)-MELAKA

Job Description:
  • Develop concepts to design and build applications from given specifications.
  • Evaluate and find solutions for designing and modifying high-tech automation machines.
  • Draw up various basic documents used to transfer engineering files to the Method and Manufacturing Department (parts list, layout and detail drawings, etc).
  • Define items and parts list for equipment assembly and installation.
  • Follow up on the project progress during assembly and debugging steps and propose corrective actions if needed.
  • Coordinate with various departments to achieve an optimum operational process.
  • Perform detailed studies and plans according to customer project specifications, in compliance with the required lead time and internal standards in force.

Job Requirement:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years to 5 years of working experience in the development and design of fine mechanical equipments (semicon equipments).
  • MUST be able to communicate fluently in Chinese language (required to liaise with clients from China/Hong Kong).
  • Must be proficient with the usage of CAD applications (Autocad, Autodesk Inventor).
  • Knowledge of LED manufacturing and process will be an advantage.
  • Possess strong interest in robotics and automation.
  • Willing to work in Melaka.
  • Possess own transport.

FINANCE MANAGER (Melaka, RM7000-RM9000)


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To ensure the financial statements are accurately prepared in accordance with regulatory, statutory and group requirement
  • Liaise with statutory and government bodies, legal advisors, corporate secretary and bankers
  • Work closely with external auditors and tax agents for the preparation of statutory accounts and company tax returns including tax planning
  • Continuously improve and formulate internal controls, systems and procedures
  • Involved in budgeting and planning process
  • Preparation of report for submission to Bank Negara Malaysia
  • Analysis of job costing and margins
  • Supervision and planning of stock count
  • Maintenance of costing system and standard products pricing system
  • Control performance of project cost against budget

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in supervisory and management positions in audit and commercial background. Preferably from manufacturing background.
  • Knowledge of SAP, US GAAP, Sarbanes–Oxley is a plus
  • Prefer matured candidates aged above 35 years old.
  • Possess high integrity, unbiased, decisive, results oriented and a keen sense of business ownership
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, tax compliance, planning knowledge and relevant legislation such as company act, employment act, etc
  • Strong communication skills including business and report writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and financial management skills and the ability to conceptualize solution which is practical and feasible
  • Strong leadership quality, confident and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under tight schedule and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
  • Pro-active and able to work effectively within a multi-functional and cross culture team

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English, Tamil
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably candidate with 2 years of working experience in the branch environment. Result oriented, passionate with marketing and willing to adapt to new thing.
