ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / OFFICER (FRESH/1-2 years exp) – IMMEDIATE VACANCIES !!!

1. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidates must possess at least ‘O’ Levels / SPM qualifications / LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or other related qualifications.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field. (FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply)
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Melayu (both oral & written)
  • Required skill(s): Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
  • Able to handle partial / full-set accounts
  • Able to work independently & under minimum supervision
  • 15 Full-Time position(s) available.

RESPONSIILITIES:
  • Assist superior in book-keeping and daily accounting activities.
  • Responsible for filing the accounting documents in timely & accurate manner
  • To assist in the Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Full-Set of Accounts
  • To check & monitor cash book for companies and payment collection from the customers
  • Prepare monthly Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation Reports
  • To assist in inventory adjustment, quarterly or yearly stock takes if required
  • Training will be provided

SENIOR COMPANY SECRETARY (PJ/ BANDAR SUNWAY/ RM4500-5000/ ICSA/ MAICSA)

LOCATION: PETALING JAYA
NATURE OF BUSINESS: MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS FIRM
SALARY: RM 4500-5000
POSITION: SENIOR COMPANY SECRETARY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To manage and oversee a portfolio of clients with a specific number of downliners.
2. Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant departments of clients accordingly
3. Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and advising members of the legal and governance matters.
4. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action
5. Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
6. Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the clients complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements

LOCATION: BANDAR SUNWAY
NATURE OF BUSINESS: TELECOMMUNICATION
SALARY: RM 4000
POSITION: SECRETARIAL EXECUITVE


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To handle corporated secretarial work on listed and unlisted companies
2. To perform all aspects of administrating the day to day operations of the secretarial compliance with Companies Act, the listing requirements of BMSB
3. To organize Board  Meetings as well as attend to shareholders meeting

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): ICSA, MAICSA.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA & BANDAR SUNWAY.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.

REQUIREMENT
  • Qualification: SPM, Diploma & Degree holder is welcomed to apply
  • Experience: Fresh graduates to someone with relevant working experience 
  • Language: Chinese & English
  • Skills: Computer literate, Microsoft Office, (optional skills: AS400, MIDA, eXpat)

RESPONSIBILITY
  • Handling general administrations, data analysis, reporting, paper work
  • Checking stock for warehouse, arranging logistics & despatch, billings & basic accounting
  • Making sure the department's operations is smooth & everything is in good order
  • Any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Salary: RM2,800
