JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review order reservation report timely and forward to Warehouse for allocation.
2. To follow-up with Warehouse and ensure timely return for order porting to ALC.
3. Perform daily transactions in Logistic System
4. Call transporter/forwarder to pick-up machines.
5. Communication with local delivery contractor.
6. Communication with Sales via e-mail or verbal on order status/movement.
7. Maintain records/documentations for partial shipment/third party orders.
8. Ensure all documentations are returned back timely.
9. Log issues via CONS to ALC on order status/request.
10. Work with IM on network and system issues.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Shipping And Logistics.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA- SS13.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
