- Issuing Purchase Order to Overseas & Local Principles.
- Communicate/ follow-up with Principles on the departure of order after issuing Purchase Order.
- Handle full spectrum of Shipping Documentations ensuring compliance to Import& Export regulation requirement.
- Communicate with relevant carriers or agents on arrival and closing time.
- Coordinate with various Departments internally on shipping related issue.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in DAMANSARA / SHAH ALAM.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
