PROJECT ENGINEER (Construction/Developer;RM2500-RM5500) ~ GOMBAK/SHAH ALAM/PJ

1. Job Responsibilities for Project Engineer (FRESH Grads, OR Min 1 year to 4 years working experience in Civil/Construction/ Pipe Jacking, Gombak - Selangor):-

• Co-ordinate and supervise project execution plans for the implementation of civil and structure work from project initiation, planning, commissioning and handover.
• Interaction with client, consultant, supplier and government agencies.
• Monitor and analyze the project including quality, schedule, cost and changes.
• Provide professional measures for technical matters.
• Closely monitor services provided by vendors and contractor and make timely instruction.
• Summarize project progress and review project schedule.

Requirements:

• Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil /Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent) and have knowledge on Civil Engineering Basic Design.
• Required language (s) : English and Mandarin.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the civil / structural / infrastructure / geotechnical works. Knowledge in pipe jacking, pipe bursting and cured in place pipe is an added advantage.
• Experience in using Microsoft Project / Primavera software.
• Willing to work in Gombak, Selangor.

2. Job Responsibilities for Civil Project Engineer (FRESH Grads, OR Min 4 years to 6 years working experience in Civil/Construction, Shah Alam - Selangor):-

•  Responsible for carrying out all the necessary facilities engineering design functions required for concept development.
• Ensure all drawings and material are in accordance with that of client specifications and standards, including all applicable codes and regulations.
• Assist in review of scope of work, meeting and implement identified actions.
• Liaising with relevant professional staff monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors.
• Managing projects, and inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 4 years to 6 years working experience in industrial building, commercial or factory building.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work in Shah Alam.

3. Job Responsibilities for Project Exec/Engineer (Min 2 years to 4 years working experience in Developer, PJ):-

• To assist manager in charge for coordinating with consultant teams for all the relevant matters pertaining to the project planning and development.
• To assist manager in charge for coordination with the project’s team consultant on the design development matters.
• To assist manager in charge for updating relevant project’s information.
• To assist manager in charge for coordination with the project’s team on all works in the implementation stages.
• Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree preferably in Architecture, Civil Engineering and Building Technology.
• Minimum 2 years to 5 years of working experience in a developer / development or planning.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Chinese is required.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work under minimum supervision, responsible, team player.
• Able to liaise with government authorities, consultants and contractors.
