ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT - x15 POSITIONS (KL/Selangor/Johor)

Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting and other relevant qualifications
• Independent, meticulous and preferably Chinese speaking.
• Years of experience:
  • Accounts Exec (Full set Accounts) – Preferably 1-3 years experiences in handling full set of accounts
  • Accounts Exec / Assistant (General/partial Accounts) – Diploma / LCCI, preferably 1-2 years experiences in handling daily accounting / AR / AP

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (Full set Accounts) – Up to RM3700

Locations available:

• PETALING JAYA - Seksyen 51A, Seksyen 13, Kota Damansara
• SHAH ALAM - Seksyen 14
• KUALA LUMPUR - Midvalley, Lorong P.Ramlee
• JOHOR - Kota Tinggi

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP and GL
• Update all transactions into system and generate reports for management
• Prepare monthly closing of financial accounts and P/L, Balance Sheet, Data Entry etc.
• Prepare budgeting, costing & cashflow (Senior Position)
• Liaise with external auditor & Audit schedule preparation, tax agent, company secretary

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT (General/partial accounts) -  Up to RM3000

Locations available:

• PETALING JAYA - Kelana Jaya, SS3, Seksyen 13
• KUALA LUMPUR - Jalan Klang Lama, Bangsar Baru

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in day-to-day accounting activities
• Monitor the cash position of the Companies
• Responsible in full spectrum of Accounts Payable / Receivable functions
