ENGINEER.
1. Job Responsibilities for C&S Draftsperson/Draftsperson (Minimum 2 years to 4 years working experience in Civil/Construction, PJ):-
- Carry out civil and structural drafting works.
- To liaise with clients, contractors, local authorities for project related matters and requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree / Masters in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years to 4 years of working experience in civil and construction.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- MUST have minimum CGPA 3.4 and above, with SPM results of 6A's and above only.
- Prefer candidates from local university only. Such as UNITEN, UTAR, USM, University Petronas, UM ONLY.
- Must possess formal training and experience in AutoCAD software.
- Some knowledge in Civil works drafting/AutoCAD civil 3D software will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality and able to work closely with other team members.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to work in PJ, Selangor.
- Responsible to design structural steel buildings with architectural finishing.
- Able to lead a team of drafters with shop drawing preparations.
- Work closely with the technical and project team to provide solutions.
- Understanding of regional design codes that will be applicable.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years to 4 years working experience in steel structure/construction/civil/structural, or similar field.
- Able to communicate in CHINESE and English (preferred CHINESE speaking candidates only).
- Must have experience and knowledge in AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Willing to travel in Malaysia and overseas.
- Able to work in Poultry Industry.
- Planning, designing and supervising work.
- Prepare specification, design reports,infrastructure plans.
- Attend meetings.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities.
- Leading and monitoring young engineers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering , Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or any field.
- Minimum 2 years to 4 years working experience inCivil/Construction/Building/Water Treatment.
- MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Willing to travel.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to work in Subang.
- Responsible for carrying out all the necessary facilities engineering design functions required for concept development.
- Ensure all drawings and material are in accordance with that of client specifications and standards, including all applicable codes and regulations.
- Assist in review of scope of work, meeting and implement identified actions.
- Liaising with relevant professional staff monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors.
- Managing projects, and inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations.
Requirements:
- Degree / Masters in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years to 7 years working experience required in commercial building, industrial building,or factory buildings.
- Willing to travel.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to communicate in CHINESE and English (preferred CHINESE speaking candidates only).
- Willing to work in Shah Alam.
5. Job Responsibilities for Senior C&S Design Engineer (Min 8 years to 10 years Working Exp in Civil/Construction, JOHOR):-
- Oversee and coordinate all technical and design matters.
- Liaise and attend meetings with client,Government authorities and consultants.
- Coordinate, check and evaluate design works by consultants to ensure its compliance with the requirements from client, Government authorities and consultants.
- Provide technical support and value engineering input to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Check and advise on all technical specifications during tender or contract documentation stage.
- Coordinate and advise other supporting departments such as land, utility services on technical related matters.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- MUST have minimum 8 years to 10 years of working experience in construction.
- Able to coordinate all technical works (architectural, civil, structural, M&E etc).
- Able to communicate in CHINESE and English (preferred CHINESE speaking candidates only).
- Possess high capabilities in design and project management; the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate all works with a wide variety of internal, external customers and the management team.
- Experience in high-rise building projects will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in Johor.
- Possess own transport.
6. Job Responsibilities for Senior Structural Engineer (Min 5 years to 8 years Working Exp in Civil/Construction, KL):-
- Execution of all structural designs in accordance with project requirements, Web Structures’ standards and policies and all other relevant standards and requirements.
- Adherence to and implementation of Web Structures Quality Assurance Policy and Procedures applicable to Project Engineers.
- Assisting the Project Engineer in drawing up overall and specific stage programme for Web Structures works in line with “agreed project schedule”.
- Delegation of works to supporting staff and supervision of their works.
- Liaison with project consultants and other external bodies as may be necessary for the progress of works.
- Calling for and/or attending Project Review sessions.
- Preparation of relevant reports and specifications in line with an agreed Project Programme.
- Organising production and issue of Web Structures’ drawings in line with an agreed Project Programme.
- Ensuring that Incoming Drawing Registers are kept up-to-date.
- Analysis of the works scope and reporting to Project Associate / Engineer.
- Keeping Project Associate informed of project progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5-8 years in a design office, conversant with design software.
- The portfolio should include work done on major structures.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Able to work independently with flair for innovation.
- Good knowledge on ETABS, SAFE & SAP & REVIT.
- Willing to work in KL.
- Possess own transport.
7. Job Responsibilities for Civil Engineer (Min 2 years to 3 years Working Exp in Water & Sewage, Shah Alam):-
- Conduct site meetings with suppliers,subcontractors, clients and consultants on technical clarifications.
- Familiarise with project management, scheduling and costing / budgeting.
- Conduct site inspection including factory inspection of civil engineering products.
- Supervise and coordinate civil & structural related works and handing over of completed works for electrical and mechanical installation works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years to 3 years of working experience in similar roles and related field (water & sewage industry).
- Able to communciate fluently in English.
- Experience in sewer network, pump stations as well as urban pipe laying works using micro tunneling and open cuts methods.
- Computer literate preferably with knowledge of AUTOCAD and Microsoft Project.
- Familiar with local authority approval system and standards on civil related matters.
- Must have sound knowledge of drawings and specifications.
- Willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Possess own transport.
