TRAINING EXECUTIVE (PJ / KL / SUBANG) / HR GENERALIST

REQUIREMENT
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment) or other equivalent training qualifications.
  • Minimum 1- 5 years experience in training adults and related functions - Experience in e-learning, sales or marketing, retail operations are preferred but not essential as training can be provided in these areas.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written), interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Possess a passion for training.
  • Language Required : English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese.
  • Required to travel from time to time to conduct / coordinate training / accessing TNA
  • Able & willing to work in either of the locations:

    • SS16, Subang Jaya (Salary nego according to working experience)
    • Jln Tandang, PJ - RM3500 & below
    • Bukit Damansara, KL - RM2400
    • HR Generalist (Recruitment+Admin), Ampang Park, KL - RM5000 & below
    • HR Assistant (Payroll), Old Klang Road/PJ Old Town - RM3000 & below
    • HR Assistant (Admin), Seksyen 13, PJ - RM2500 & below
    • HR Assistant (payroll + admin), Subang Industrial Estate - RM2300 & below

RESPONSIBILITY
  • The Training Executive will be expected to manage training activities related but not limited to the following:
  • For trainees, dealers and business partners; ranging from new joiners to experienced management.
  • Coordinating and communicating with internal departments, various external agencies and business partners.
  • Using online Learning Management System, manage E-learning modules and conduct Instructor-Led-Training in-classroom or on-site (some travel within the country may be required).
  • Conduct courses with technical, sales, marketing and HR-related content using training materials.
  • Planning the training calendar and managing the training budget.
1. Identify Training Needs (Pre-Training)
  • Conduct periodic Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to match personnel development needs.
  • Source materials, adapt and localize training programs relevant for current and changing business needs.
  • Work closely with department managers and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize training needs and utilize resources cost-effectively.
  • Support the Manager in planning for training’s future needs and budgeting (OB and MTP).
2. Conducting / Facilitating Training (Delivery)
  • Plan and conduct on-board training, monitor mentorship programs for new joiners and new business partners.
  • Conduct training using a cost-effective combination of training delivery methods to achieve the desired outcome. (e.g. Blended learning - combination of classroom & e-learning).
  • Plan and facilitate training timely to support organizational objectives (e.g. new product launch).
  • Manage, renew, update and maintain all training tools, resources and facilities.
3. Training Effectiveness (Post-Training)
  • Conduct 360 post-training evaluation and make continuous improvement in aligning to company objectives.
  • Monitor and coach trainees and mentors to achieve learning and organizational objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and make training reports periodically to the management.
4. Maintaining Training Records (Administration)
  • Maintain and update training records of all employees in orderly fashion.
  • Manage all users, update training records and training and assessment content allocation in the online Learning Management System for Malaysia.
  • Main liaison for overseas training arrangements and related reporting.
