HR EXECUTIVE (GENERALIST) - RM5000

REQUIREMENT
  • Preferably with qualifications of Certificates, Diploma or Degree in HRM, B.Admin or equivalent
  • Possess about 1 to 5 years of experience in HR field
  • Language required: Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Independent, able to work alone & also work in a team
  • Positions available in Subang, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya & JB
RESPONSIBILITY
  • Handling full spectrum of HR tasks inclusive of compensations & benefits, payroll, training & development, recruitment etc
  • Assist in the recruitment and on-boarding processes
  • Maintain employee personal files and confidential records
  • Handle leave, monthly attendance and training administration
  • Prepare employment-related letters and general documentation
  • Support the monthly payroll processing, OT verification and reports
  • Answer employee query and feedback with regards to HR related issues
  • Keep updated on Malaysia labour law and any government announcements
  • Responsible for timely submission of statutory reports and ensure compliance
  • Liaison and correspondence with statutory bodies i.e. Labour Office, KWSP-EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, on monthly contribution or tax related matters.
  • Manage group medical insurance renewal and employee gift request
  • Ensure positive employee relations and build good relationships
  • Other ad-hoc HR projects or duties as assigned
