REQUIREMENT
- Preferably with qualifications of Certificates, Diploma or Degree in HRM, B.Admin or equivalent
- Possess about 1 to 5 years of experience in HR field
- Language required: Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Independent, able to work alone & also work in a team
- Positions available in Subang, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya & JB
RESPONSIBILITY
- Handling full spectrum of HR tasks inclusive of compensations & benefits, payroll, training & development, recruitment etc
- Assist in the recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Maintain employee personal files and confidential records
- Handle leave, monthly attendance and training administration
- Prepare employment-related letters and general documentation
- Support the monthly payroll processing, OT verification and reports
- Answer employee query and feedback with regards to HR related issues
- Keep updated on Malaysia labour law and any government announcements
- Responsible for timely submission of statutory reports and ensure compliance
- Liaison and correspondence with statutory bodies i.e. Labour Office, KWSP-EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, on monthly contribution or tax related matters.
- Manage group medical insurance renewal and employee gift request
- Ensure positive employee relations and build good relationships
- Other ad-hoc HR projects or duties as assigned
