REQUIREMENT
- Preferably someone with SPM, Cert, Diploma or Degree in relevant studies
- Fresh graduates or someone with related working experience is welcomed to apply
- Language: Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to handle pressure, work independently & willing to learn
- Openings in: KL, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, & Subang
RESPONSIBILITY
- Data entry and general administrative work
- Prepare sales report for meeting
- Liaise and coordinate with Sales Team pertaining to customers ‘orders
- Assists in the daily operations, relating to sales administration functions
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Issue price quotations to customers
- Maintain proper filing system
- Liaise and coordinate with Media Agency on the promotion
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary and delegated
