RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To prepare feasibility studies and project evaluation
- To prepare profit and cash flows budgeting and forecasting
- To monitor the company’s performance closely to make sure in line with the company’s objectives and achieve the targets
- To assist in branches performance evaluation
- To provide suggestions to enhance the branches’ performance
- To assist the management to prepare the business plans for expansion into overseas regional market
- To assist the management in the preparatory work for due diligence listing purpose
- To assist the preparation of financial information including project costing for tendering exercise
- Assist the implementation of proper internal control & standard operating procedures for the Company & the Group
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Accountancy
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in both commercial and audit
- Possess excellent business acute, communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Preferably male
- A team player who works towards common goals
- Able to undertake pressure & meet tight deadline
- Must be PC proficient with working knowledge of various spreadsheet
