FIELD ENGINEER (4yrs Exp,RM3000-RM5000,AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY) - KOTA KEMUNING

Responsibilities:
  • Performs tyre management functions by implementing policies, guidelines and procedures on types of tyres to use, preventive maintenance schedules, and emergency breakdown incidents.
  • Responds to trouble-shooting and service delivery needs of the commercial vehicle fleets under his responsibility.
  • Keeps proper record and documentation of data for analysis and evaluation of tyre performance, particularly with regards the total mileage achieved by the tyres.
  • Utilizes knowledge and experience gathered from the tyre performance to recommend actions to further improve results.
  • Liaise with customers on vehicle technical issues affecting tyre performance, in order to resolve the situation promptly.
  • Ensures smooth operation in the filed, especially in service depots.
  • Undertakes other tasks and projects assigned by his immediate supervisor.


Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years to 5 years related working experience, preferably in Operations and/or technical capacity.
  • Experience in tyre related industries is not necessary but would be an advantage.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Computer literate and comfortable in handling data.
  • Ability to work independently, resourceful and customer service oriented.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
  • Willing to be considered for possible overseas postings in the future.
  • Willing to work in Kota Kemuning.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Age : Above 25 years old
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday – 8.30am ~ 5.30pm (Kota Kemuning - Saturday (Alternate) : 8.30am ~ 12.30pm
