PRICING ANALYST (Fresh / Junior; RM2500-RM3000; Based in Petaling Jaya)

Position Title: Pricing Analyst 

Position Level: Entry Level / Junior

Industry: Logistics

Office Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate Country to follow Pricing & Discount Policy & Authorization Matrix

• Perform margin analysis for daily discount request
• Check required supporting document and signature for discount set-up
• Maintain Discount Setting and Perform regular checking
• Maintain pricing tools & timely update discount in CDH.
• Perform regular audit of discount setting in CDH

- Support Margin Analysis for acquisition of key Customers or ad-hoc Project.

• Fine-tune pricing tools to support margin analysis with support from OS (if required)
• Gather customized costing info 

- Maintain Discount Filing & Management System in Country

• Maintain all related Pricing Systems e.g. Rate Inquiry functions in related System.
• Prepare Contract Expiry & Renewal
• Report, Filing of discount application form & required Log Sheet

- Assist OS Pricing Team to enhance current Pricing System.

• Perform UAT and pricing system upgrade.

- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree holder (or above) in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
• 1 year of Pricing analysis experience in Logistics/International Express Industry; Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Knowledge in Pricing/Revenue & Discount Management & System Implementation.
• Strong Numeric Sense, Logical thinking, Advanced level in Excel.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, & fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese.

BUSINESS ANALYST (Accounts/Finance), RM5000-6000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To prepare feasibility studies and project evaluation
• To prepare profit and cash flows budgeting and forecasting
• To monitor the company’s performance closely to make sure in line with the company’s objectives and achieve the targets
• To assist in branches performance evaluation
• To provide suggestions to enhance the branches’ performance
• To assist the management to prepare the business plans for expansion into overseas regional market
• To assist the management in the preparatory work for due diligence listing purpose
• To assist the preparation of financial information including project costing for tendering exercise
• Assist the implementation of proper internal control & standard operating procedures for the Company & the Group
• To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Accountancy
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in both commercial and audit
• Possess excellent business acute, communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
• Preferably male
• A team player who works towards common goals
• Able to undertake pressure & meet tight deadline
• Must be PC proficient with working knowledge of various spreadsheet
