Developer
Location: KL City
Package: Basic up to RM25000 + allowances + benefits
- Minimum Diploma holders in any field
- Possess working experience HOD / AGM / GM level for Sales & Marketing position, preferably from property development industry
- Currently as Senior Manager level for more than 3 years' experience are encouraged to apply too.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- Ideally to have Business Development Background, i.e., knows macroeconomic and microeconomic market conditions, land prices, strong property products knowledge, aware of developments in property industry, etc.
- Well-versa in sales and marketing strategies. And able to maximize profits for the organization.
- Direct report to CEO/COO.
- Oversees the Group's Sales & Marketing team and activities.
Senior Vice President / Senior Manager, Sales - Data Center
Facility
Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
Package: Basic (RM10000-RM15000, negotiable depends on
experiences) + allowances + benefits
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidate with minimum ten (10) years experience in technical sales is preferred. Those who have less than ten (10) years experience but believe that they can deliver the job are also welcomed to apply.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- Independent, self-starter, highly motivated and demonstrates strong leadership skills.
- Resourceful, customer-oriented and with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Established network and in-depth knowledge of development trend in data centre industry will be an added advantage.
Responsibility:
- Formulate Group-wide sales and marketing strategies to expand the Group’s market share in data centre solutions
- Lead a sales team in executing the sales and marketing plan
- Develop sales strategies and execution plans for the Group’s principal products in power redundancy and cooling
- Continuously monitor and refine the effectiveness of sales strategies and plans.
- Provide innovative value proposition in maximizing margins
- Build and increase sales funnel
- Maintain good relationship with Principals
- Responsible in responding to tender requests, provide comprehensive solutions and proposals to meet customers’ requirements, both locally and regionally. Ensure that tender documentation requirements are fulfilled and followed up on time.
- Manage and direct the sales team in the following: i. Set sales target/quota for every team member; ii. Guide and direct team members in achieving sales target/quota; iii. Evaluate performance of team members on regular basis
- Prepare, compile and submit sales performance report and market intelligence report to senior management on monthly basis.
