Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Business or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 years working experience in a sales environment
- Aggressive and target driven
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales-growth through innovative means
- Good analytical, strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to think and operate within a challenging environment
- Able to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Responsibility:
- To ensure each member of sales team achieves their own individual target and to maintain strong sales team that can achieve targeted sales.
- To provide monthly presentation, updates to the Executive Advisor and to be
- presented on management meeting and to prepare budgeted and actual sales which is to be reviewed monthly
- To ensure sales team cooperated and functions, according to SOP
- To ensure all customers are divided equally and accordingly for each sales member to maintain relationship and report.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Building Material /
Construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, Civil Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales and marketing experience working for construction industry.
- Able to speak English, Malay and Chinese.
- Proven 5 years track record in achieving 30% to 40%+ annual sales growth in the architectural or construction sector.
- Proven closing and negotiating skills.
- Experience and knowledge in pricing and estimating.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, conversant in working cross-culturally.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and internet.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the direct sales operations of Malaysia. Ensure effective execution, follow-up and follow-through of selling tactics and strategy for customer and enquiries.
- Sets and reviews monthly, quarterly and annual sales and objectives for all Marketing personnel.
- Sales management process: Conduct weekly and monthly review with Marketing team on their sales activities, enquiries, sales call follow-up, hit-rate, support on marketing and marketing communications activities, retains an experienced world-class sales team. Build and enhance sales management process to achieve maximum efficiency and hit rate.
- Provides monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and budget, project pipeline development/ tracking and progress.
- Train and coach marketing personnel to upgrade their specification selling and management ability.
- Demonstrate strong leadership quality to support the continuous improvement and growth, change management within the team members and ensure timely implementation of actions plans in a regular manner.
- Lead the marketing team to work closely with all other functions such as human resources, finance to achieve front-to-back alignment that contributes to stronger end-results.
- Any other task to be assigned as and when required.
