CIVIL&STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (RM3000-RM5500) - SHAH ALAM/SUBANG/PJ/SELAYANG

1. Job Responsibilities for C&S Draftsperson/Draftsperson (Minimum 2 years to 3 years working experience in Civil/Construction, PJ):-

• Carry out civil and structural drafting works.
• To liaise with clients, contractors, local authorities for project related matters and requirements.

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years to 3 years of working experience in similar position.
• Able to communicate fluently in English.
• MUST have minimum CGPA 3.4 and above, with SPM results of 6A's and above only.
• Prefer candidates from local university only. Such as UNITEN, UTAR, USM, University Petronas, UM ONLY.
• Must possess formal training and experience in AutoCAD software.
• Some knowledge in Civil works drafting/AutoCAD civil 3D software  will be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality and able to work closely with other team members.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Posses own transport.
• Willing to work in PJ, Selangor.

2. Job Responsibilities for Civil Engineer (Minimum 2 years to 4 years working experience in Civil/Construction/Poultry Industry/Steel Industry, Shah Alam):-

• Responsible to design structural steel buildings with architectural finishing.
• Able to lead a team of drafters with shop drawing preparations.
• Work closely with the technical and project team to provide solutions.
• Understanding of regional design codes that will be applicable.

 

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years to 4 years working experience in construction/civil/structural, or similar field.
• Able to communicate in CHINESE and English (preferred CHINESE speaking candidates only).
• Must have experience and knowledge in Autocad and Solidwork.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Willing to travel in Malaysia and overseas.
• Able to work in Poultry Industry.

3. Job Responsibilities for Project Executive/Engineer (Minimum 3 years to 4 years working experience in Civil/Construction/Interior Design, Selayang):-

• Overall responsible to initial stage of projects structure, process and management till completion
• Periodically analyses review and follow through detail of projects progression, schedules till timely delivery.
• Provide administrative support and work closely with the Assistant Project Manager for tasks projection, daily work operations, progression etc.
• Attend to site meeting and inspection as when requires
• Ensure adequate tools and materials for installation works and keep track on installation tools and equipment.
• Supervise and lead the project coordinators on daily technical aspects, plans measurement and drawings, verification and evaluation, enforcement.
• Ensure workforce sufficiency in installation team; provide full supervision and know-how on projects execution to deliver quality result.
• Ensure safety measures are well exercise and implemented among the installation team while at work.
• Train and guide the installation team workers on work quality and work discipline, safety issues etc.
• Provide installation support and product demonstrations as and when necessary.
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with sub-contractors, installation sub-con & etc.
• Any other task to be assigned as and when required.

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 3 years to 4 years hands-on project administration and support experience working in architectural industry.
• Able to speak English, and Mandarin.
• Sound technical knowledge and mechanical, installation know-how.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings,plans & diagrams.
• Organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Demonstrate good leadership quality able to lead and manage team members.
• Technical or mechanical aptitude with analytical mind. Sharp on errors tracking.
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCad and internet.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work in Selayang.
• Able to start work immediately.

4. Job Responsibilities for Civil Engineer (Min 1year to 3years working experience in Civil/Construction/Water Treatment Industry, Subang Jaya): -

 

• Planning, designing and supervising work.
• Prepare specification, design reports,infrastructure plans.
• Attend meetings.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities.
• Leading and monitoring young engineers.

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or any field.
• Minimum 1 year to 4 years working experience inCivil/Construction/Building/Water Treatment.
• MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Willing to travel.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to work in Subang.
