Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English,Chinese
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 7 Full-Time/ Contract position(s) available.
Job Responsibilities
- Able to calculate cost of construction for projects tendering (Pre-Contract) based on the tender drawings and documents.
- Attend to tender interviews and assist management in tender presentations.
- Liaise with client, consultant, suppliers, sub-contractors and authorities.
- Management project costing including payment claims, variations and final accounts.
- Cost planning, analysis & monitoring for project resource, costing and project budget.
- Implementation of contractual knowledge and drafting project correspondences.
