Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, STPM/"A" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- An added advantage having Certificate of competency as an Electrical Services Engineer or as a CompetentElectrical Engineer as in the Electricity Regulations 1994.
- MUST have minimum working experience 6 years in Industry, oil & gas,power generation, energy systems equipment manufacturers or energy service sector, OR
- MUST have minimum 4 years working experience in Mechanical &Electrical equipments Operation & Maintenance or in the field of energy audit services as senior technician or engineer.
- MUST have knowledge and technical skills about Air conditioning-ventilation,chilled water, hot water, steam, boilers, heat pumps, compressed air systems design and/or operations & maintenance.
- Ability to self-use software for computer energy modelisation as well as presentation :excel spreadsheets, power point presentations.
- Ability to use computer software such asword, excel, powerpoint, Outlook.
- Having a valid class D driving license, willing to travel to neighboring countries.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities
SENIOR TECHNICIAN (CYBERJAYA):
- Prepare and participate to the initial clients’ visit in site facilities, energy or utilities plants,
- Prepare the energy audits by collecting clients’ energy or utilities plants (energy systems) and site information such as energy producing/consuming installed equipments, energy and electrical single line diagrams,historical data on primary energy bills, historical data on clients’ energy systems maintenance & operations related practices and costs,
- Appreciate and understand energy audit instrumentation in terms of accuracy of various audit instruments,instruments calibration process, types of sensors and transducers, setting up and installation of instruments and data trending
- Prepare energy audit intervention plan by insuring availability of client interface, internal resources, instruments, by insuring compliance to clients’ health‐safety‐environment requirements on site, and by scheduling logistics and others components needed to complete audit safely, accurately and in scheduled time.
- Carry out level 1 energy audit (Preliminary) including walk‐through audit for major equipment at site, gather facilities wide energy use on monthly or annual basis, derive energy performance indicator, prepare report on energy usage broad conclusion and energy savings recommendations.
- Carry out level 2 energy audit (Standard) including short term metering and logging to measure energy related data at site, identify the source of energy to a facilities, identify areas where energy savings can be achieved, recommends energy savings measures to be taken.
- Carry out detailed energy data analysis, provide professional interpretation of theanalysis (energy usage and consumption, energy system design‐operations‐maintenance observations), convert analysis into charts, plots and synthetic tables for ease of communication and presentation,
- Provide recommendations of energy savings measures and initiatives, study options for the energy system improvements, carry out life cycle cost benefits analysis for such recommended measures and initiatives
- Establish, calculate investment and operation estimated costs for energy system improvement & implementation, by coordinating scope, communicating with equipment suppliers‐vendors, sub‐contractors, engineering companies,
- Write, prepare energy audit report for submission to the client and relevant authorities involved in the project,
- Prepare and present energy audit synthetic presentation for diverse levels of the target audience, from top management, finance, business development, engineering personnel to lay persons in the client’s organization,
- Keep abreast of the latest development in energy efficient solutions (hardware or software) and maintain relationships with energy audit and machinery equipment suppliers, engineering companies.
JUNIOR TECHNICIAN (SHAH ALAM):
- Responsibilities for all indoor and outdoor repairing, servicing and to record all repair jobs on the pump repair file/book.
- Involved with the maintenance, fixing of the water pumps.
- Attend to all breakdown on site and at clients location from time to time.
