TECHNICIAN COORDINATOR/SUPERVISOR (3-5 YRS EXP AUTOMOTIVE~RM1.2K-RM2.5K)-RAWANG

*** Work location: Rawang

*** Position: Permanent 

1.Responsibilities for Supervisor/Team Leader: 

• To assist technician in diagnostic work.
• Responsible for the proper maintenance and utilization of service equipment and tools.
• Responsible for job distribution and floor supervision at the service shop.
• To lead his team of technicians in achieving high degree of productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure all customers’ request are completed at the promised time and continuously strive to exceed customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and to achieve a high standard of service quality by “fixing it right the first time”.
• To promote  and perform 5S activities in the service shop.
• Responsible for QC audit for each of completed service/repair.

Requirements:

• Possess Automotive / Mechanical qualification with MLVK/Diploma or equivalent qualification with a minimum 3 years working experience in service center.
• Posses supervisory skills.
• Deep knowledge of trouble shooting and diagnosis skills.
• Self-motivated and customer oriented.
• Good command in written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in other languages will be added advantage.
• Ability to use Special Service Tools (SST) and Intelligent Tester.
• Able to work overtime including Saturday.
• Posses a valid driving license.
• Able to work at Rawang area.
• Computer literate.

2.Responsibilities for Body Paint Workshop Controller: 

• To coordinate the hand-over of vehicles to service advisors.
• To coordinate with body & paint shop team on works status, parts availability, supplementary claims requirement and changes in meeting the promised delivery time.
• Timely update the Job Progress Control Board.
• To promote and maintain workshop safety and cleanliness.

Requirements: 

• Possess Automotive / Mechanical qualification with MLVK/Diploma or equivalent qualification with a minimum 3 years working experience in body & paint shop.
• Posses experience in coordinating/managing body & paint job loading.
• Supervisory skills and experience will be given advantage.
• Posses strong leadership and planning skills.
•  Self-motivated and customer oriented.
• Good command in written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in other languages will be added advantage.
• Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office.
• Posses a valid driving license.
• Able to work at Rawang area.
• Able to work overtime including Saturday.

3.Responsibilities for Workshop Controller:

• Responsible in achieving targeted workshop productivity, efficiency and to optimize repair shop labor sales.
• To coordinate the hand-over of vehicles to service advisors.
• To systematically plan the daily workshop loading, scheduling and allocation of repair job to respective technician/team leader.
• Timely update the Job Progress Control Board.
• To coordinate with repair shop team on works status, parts availability, additional work requirement and = changes in meeting the promised delivery time.
• To ensure sufficiency of Special Service Tools and repair manual at the repair shop.
• To promote and maintain workshop safety and cleanliness.

Requirements: 

• Possess Automotive / Mechanical qualification with MLVK/Diploma or equivalent qualification with a minimum 3 years working experience in relevant field.
• Posses strong leadership & planning skills.
• Supervisory skills and experience will be added advantage.
• Posses experience in coordinating / managing workshop job loading.
• Good command in written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in other languages will be added advantage.
• Self-motivated and customer oriented
• Posses a valid driving license.
• Able to work at Rawang area.
• Able to work overtime including Saturday.

4.Responsibilities for Automotive Technician:

• Do general reparation.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/superior.

Requirements: 

• Possess Automotive / Mechanical qualification with SPM/MLVK/Diploma or equivalent qualification with a minimum 1year working experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge in automotive is compulsory.
• Good command in written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work as team player and coordinate with among team members.
• Able to work at Rawang area.
• Able to work overtime including Saturday.
