HR EXECUTIVE (PAYROLL/ CHERAS/ SHAH ALAM/ RM3500)

LOCATION: TAMAN MIDAH, CHERAS
NATURE OF BUSINESS: RETAILING OF FASHION & APPARELS 
POSITION: HR COORDINATOR (PAYROLL)
SALARY: RM 3000 MAX

LOCATION: SHAH ALAM
NATURE OF BUSINESS: MANUFACTURING OF FOOD PRODUCTS
POSITION: HR EXECUTIVE (PAYROLL/ TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT)
SALARY: RM 3500

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsible for payroll processing to ensure payroll records are updates, processed timely & accurately as well as to ensure all government regulations on payroll related matters are complied with
-Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements & company policies as well as to provide advice & guidance to line management on all HR related matters in line with Malaysia Labour Law, Industrial Relations & company policires
-Prepare, update and maintain HR reports, records & periodical update of organization charts
-Adminsiter staff claims, overtime, commissions , leave records, attendance, staff welfare and other day to day operational
supports
-Administer recruitment, interview, orientations, promotions, disciplinary and separation process
-Monitor foreign workers work permit renewal, medical check up & disciplinary 

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): PAYROLL.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in CHERAS/ SHAH ALAM.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
