PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (2-3 yrs Exp,Food Manufacturing/F&B)-SHAH ALAM

***Job Location: Shah Alam 

Responsibilities for Production Supervisor: 

• Responsible for the day to day production activities and materials control.
• Supervise a team of production operators, organizing work schedule and duty roster to achieve production objective.
• Report on machine breakdown and liaise with Maintenance Function on repair status.
• Responsible for targeted production performance such as line efficiency, yield,wastages etc.
• To participate and contribute in Quality Management System and OHS activities.

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or Food Science or its equivalent.
• MUST HAVE 2-3 years working experience in Food Manufacturing Environment. 
• Knowledge in GMP, HACCP & ISO is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all levels.
• Excellent leadership and motivation skills.
• Able to adapt to challenging working environment and long hours duty if required.
• Assertive, self-initiative, teamwork andable to work under pressure.

Salary Range : RM2000- RM3000 (depend on experience)
