CUSTOMER SERVICE FULFILLMENT & PLANNING ASSIST. MANAGER (SHAH ALAM/ RM5000)

NATURE OF BUSINESS: MANUFACTURING OF BUILDING MATERIALS

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Responsible for Customer Care Department operational functions which encompass the order processing for both domestic and export customers.
2. Attending to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
3. Providing customer service to customers by fulfilling orders within the stipulated delivery lead time.
4. To manage and plan inventory.
5. Liaising with related departments, divisions or entities concerning company products like sales and marketing division, purchasing department, logistic department to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
6. Develop, plan and implement policies and procedures in this department to support business requirements.
7. Lead, train and drive staff in this department towards achieving department, division and organization objectives and goals.
8. Ensure efficient performance and cost effective in the department.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in SHAH ALAM.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
