RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. HR GENERALIST

2. Handling full spectrum of HR inclusive of Payroll, attendance admin, preparing statutory documents etc

3. Assist the HR Manager in developing competitive and monitoring the current benefit alignment packages

4. Maintains HR record by recoding new hires, transfer, termination, changes in job classifications

5.Assist HR Manager in developing, revision of the policies & procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Applicants must be willing to work in CHERAS, PETALING JAYA & SUBANG JAYA.
