ENGINEER/SERVICE TECHNICIAN (FRESH GRADS,1-3YRS EXP,MECH/E&E)~VARIOUS LOCATION

**Work location: Petaling Jaya/Penang/Johor/Terengganu/Seremban/Shah Alam.

1.Responsibilities for Service Engineer:(Petaling Jaya,Johor,Penang,Terengganu)

• To promote service and application of applied air-conditioning equipment.
• To provide technical support, services,engineering solutions to customers in applied air-conditioning equipment and system.
• To manage and expand customer network and portfolio.

Requirement:

• Minimum possess a degree or professional degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical with good results.
• PREFER CHINESE MALE CANDIDATES (required to liaise with clients from CHINA).
• Possess sense of urgency, commitment,customer service attitude and results oriented.
• Possess strong communication,interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Capable of interacting and managing people at different levels and diversity.
• Possess own transport, and a passion to learn and serve.

2.Responsibilities for Service Technician:(Petaling Jaya,Johor,Penang,Terengganu)

• Provide after sales service to  in-warranty and out-warranty complaints.
• To plan, execute, and review all field complaints daily.
• Pro actively in resolving all service complaints professionally towards achieving service set targets.
• Maintenance & safekeeping of all tools provided by the company.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in any related discipline,preferably major in Mechanical Engineering (Heating, Ventilation & Air-Cond. ).
• Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Energetic and Committed to achieve team goals.
• Able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
• Able to do multitask and work under pressure.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3.Responsibilities for Service Technician : (Petaling Jaya,Seremban)

• Repairing and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and liaise with customers.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in E&E, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering.
• Fresh graduates preferred.
• Technically oriented with good analytical skills.
• Mature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• May be required to travel outstation as and when directed.
• Possess own transport.

4. Responsibilities for Engineer: (Shah Alam)

• Assembling the motors, fitting and winding the machines.
• Technical support.
• Other ad hoc jobs from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in E&E, Mechanical,Mechatronic Engineering.
• Min 1 year to 3 years working experience in the same field.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to travel.
• Full training provided.

** Prefer Chinese candidates for Service Engineer position (Require to liaise with China based Clients).
