TECHNICAL ADMIN (KL / SHAH ALAM / PJ) - MNC CORPORATIONS

REQUIREMENT
  • Candidate must possess a min. SPM
  • Minimum 3 years comprehensive experience in Customer Service or related field would be an added advantage
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Energetic, service-oriented, and a team player
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude
  • Attentive to details and thoroughness in the work

RESPONSIBILITY
  • Technical clerical duties
  • On Time Data Entry and updating for all Incoming and Outgoing Service Notes in POS
  • General Administration works
  • Follow-up on outstanding PSI with outlet
  • To ensure all service notes returned from East Malaysia are processed within timeline given.
  • To submit monthly reports on time and ensure its accuracy.
  • Any others duties to be assigned from time to time
