Job Purpose :
Provide reception support responsible for the reception counter, answer incoming phone calls and attend to visitors. Supply
information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

1) Manages the company’s lobby area.
2) Attending to walk-in guests or visitors.
3) Ensures completion of paperwork, sign in and security procedures.
4) Operates the telephone switchboard.
5) Handling incoming phone calls.
6) Filtering & directing calls to appropriate department.
7) Front office management.
8) Arrange courier service.
9) Managing incoming & outgoing documents/ parcels as well as proper recording of postage utilization, and interoffice mail
distribution.
10) In charge of daily general emails & forward to the appropriate department.
11) Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including recording.
