ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE @ KLANG ~ RM3800 (BELGIUM SHIPPING COMPANY)

Location        : Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang

Nature           : Shipping Company

Working day  : 5.5 days

Working hour : 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary            : RM2600 - RM4000

REQUIREMENT:

-Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
-minimum 3 years of working experience
-experience in shipping logistic industry is definitely an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Thrust Areas :
Raising correct debit / credit and performs calculation sheet on overseas agents and timely updating of overseas agents tariff and incentive masters.

Key result areas shall include the following :
-Preparation of Debit & Credit notes &
-Proforma calculation sheet.
-Checking the line payment vouchers.
-Verification of Onboard list of vessel sailed.
-Solving the overseas queries as well as local queries through e-mail.
-Updating of ONC and incentives master – On carriage tariff updating in systems to get the correct statement and incentive details to fit in system for each agent.
-Helping in preparation of Container-wise / Sector-wise Profitability Statement, Local Accounting of Albatross for co-load shipments.
-Providing information to Marketing and Customer Service Department whenever required.
