JOB REQUIREMENT:
Recruitment Officer (RM3200 & below) - Pudu/Chan Sow Lin
- Willing & able to work alternate Saturday halfday (rotations)
- Preferably Male applicants good in English, & able to communicate in Chinese language
- Possess 1-3years of working experience in full cycle recruitment
- Minimum qualifications Diploma & above
- Willing & able to travel to Fraser Business Park office to work
Internal Senior Recruiter (RM4500 & below) - Bandar Puteri, Puchong
- Aggressive & possess some marketing experience, willing & able to work in retail line recruitment
- Supervisory & leadership skills, leading one Junior Recruiter Officer
- Preferably Chinese speaking female with fluent English communication skills
- Required to travel within Klang Valley for head hunting for candidates, MUST possess own transport
- Reporting to HR Manager in terms of manpower planning & all matters pertaining recruitment
- Minimum qualifications Diploma & above
- Willing & able to work in Bandar Puteri, Puchong
- Minimum working experience, at least 3 - 5 years in recruitment
- 5 working days, normal office hours
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling full cycle of recruitment:-
- Accessing hiring manager's need in manpower
- Manpower Management
- Posting advertisement & liaising with agents/ suppliers
- Filter & screening of suitable applicants
- Arranging & coordinating interviews
- Phone screening & also reference check
- Sit-in for interview & evaluations of applicants
- Preparing offer letter & other arrangement for hired/ shortlisted applicants
- Other ad hoc & admin tasks as assigned
