C&S ENGINEER (FRESH GRADS/ MIN 2-5yrs EXPERIENCE/CONSTRUCTION/CIVIL) - SELANGOR

CIVIL ENGINEER, DRAFTSPERSON, PROJECT ENGINEER.

1. C&S Engineer (Fresh graduates ONLY, CHINESE SPEAKING, Civil/Construction, PJ)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out civil and structural design works.
• Liaise and coordinate with Clients, fellow Consultants and Contractors.
• Prepare civil and structure designs and contract specifications.
• To liaise with local authorities for projected related matters and requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Able to communicate fluently in English.
• Fresh graduates only.
• Knowledge of common engineering analysis software
• Pleasant personality and able to work closely with other team members
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
• Prefer candidates from local university only. Background education from UNITEN, University Petronas, UTA, UM ONLY.
• MUST have minimum CGPA 3.5 and above, with minimum SPM results of 6A's and above.
• Possess own transport.

2. C&S Draftsperson/Draftsperson (Minimum 2 years to 3 years working experience in Civil/Construction, PJ)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out civil and structural drafting works.
• To liaise with clients, contractors, local authorities for project related matters and requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years to 3 years of working experience in similar position.
• Able to communicate fluently in English.
• MUST have minimum CGPA 3.5 and above, with SPM results of 6A's and above only.
• Prefer candidates from local university only. Such as UNITEN, UTAR, University Petronas, UM only.
• Must possess formal training and experience in AutoCAD software.
• Some knowledge in Civil works drafting/AutoCAD civil 3D software will be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality and able to work closely with other team members.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Posses own transport.
• Willing to work in PJ, Selangor.

3. Civil Engineer (Minimum 2 years to 5 years working experience in Civil/Construction/Poultry Industry/Steel Industry, Shah Alam)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to design structural steel buildings with architectural finishing.
• Able to lead a team of drafters with shop drawing preparations.
• Work closely with the technical and project team to provide solutions.
• Understanding of regional design codes that will be applicable.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years to 5 years working experience in construction/civil/structural, or similar field.
• Able to communicate in CHINESE and English (preferred CHINESE speaking candidates only).
• Must have experience and knowledge in Autocad and Solidwork.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Willing to travel in Malaysia and overseas.
• Able to work in Poultry Industry.

4. PROJECT ENGINEER (Fresh graduates, OR Minimum 2years to 4years working experience in Civil/Construction, CHINESE speaking, Damansara)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-ordinate and supervise project execution plans for the implementation of civil and structure work from project initiation, planning, commissioning and handover.
• Interaction with client, consultant, supplier and government agencies.
• Monitor and analyze the project including quality, schedule, cost and changes.
• Provide professional measures for technical matters.
• Closely monitor services provided by vendors and contractor and make timely instruction.
• Summarize project progress and review project schedule.

 JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent) and have knowledge on Civil Engineering Basic Design.
• Required language (s) : English and Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• At least 2years to 5 years of working experience in the civil / structural / infrastructure / geotechnical works.
• Knowledge in pipe jacking, pipe bursting and cured in place pipe is an added advantage.
• Experience in using Microsoft Project / Primavera software.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
• Able to start work immediately.

5. Project Executive/Engineer (Minimum 3 years to 5 years working experience in Civil/Construction/Interior Design, Selayang)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall responsible to initial stage of projects structure, process and management till completion
• Periodically analyses review and follow through detail of projects progression, schedules till timely delivery.
• Provide administrative support and work closely with the Assistant Project Manager for tasks projection, daily work operations, progression etc.
• Attend to site meeting and inspection as when requires
• Ensure adequate tools and materials for installation works and keep track on installation tools and equipment.
• Supervise and lead the project coordinators on daily technical aspects, plans measurement and drawings, verification and evaluation, enforcement.
• Ensure workforce sufficiency in installation team; provide full supervision and know-how on projects execution to deliver quality result.
• Ensure safety measures are well exercise and implemented among the installation team while at work.
• Train and guide the installation team workers on work quality and work discipline, safety issues etc.
• Provide installation support and product demonstrations as and when necessary.
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with sub-contractors, installation sub-con & etc.
• Any other task to be assigned as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 3 years to 5 years hands-on project administration and support experience working in architectural industry.
• Able to speak English, and Mandarin.
• Sound technical knowledge and mechanical, installation know-how.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings,plans & diagrams.
• Organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Demonstrate good leadership quality able to lead and manage team members.
• Technical or mechanical aptitude with analytical mind. Sharp on errors tracking.
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCad and internet.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work in Selayang.
• Able to start work immediately.
