Job Requirements

SALES EXECUTIVE, Contruction/Building Materials - Shah Alam:-

• Minimum Diploma in related field of studies or professional marketing qualification and/or its equivalent
• At least 1-2 years experience in sales and marketing in contruction / building materials industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills coupled with good command of English and other local dialects
• Observance and analytical
• Willing to travel extensively

SALES/MARKETING EXECUTIVE - Cheras:-

• SPM with Mathematic credit/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Interior Design or Engineering or its equivalent
• Fresh graduates or 1 year working experience insales/marketing/building materials industry (ceiling/kitchen/fire protection/decorative architectural products)
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and other various dialects is an added advantage
• Computer literate in Microsoft Words & Excel
• Possess own transport

SALES EXECUTIVE - Petaling Jaya:-

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Degree.
• At least 2 years outdoor sales or relevant experience.
• Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel.

SALES EXECUTIVE - Ampang:-

• Min Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
• At least 1 year sales experience.
• Able to communicate with different level of people
• Have experience or someone who can handle corporate sales
• Have own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley extensively

MARKETING EXECUTIVE - Segambut, KL:-

• Must possess a Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or other relevant discipline
• Those without tertiary qualifications but possess relevant marketing experience in building material such as tiles, sanitaryware and ironmongery are encouraged to apply
• Self motivated, result-oriented and a fast learner
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude
• Possess own transport and willing to travel

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE, Banking & Finance - KL City:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or part qualified professional accounting courses.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Fresh graduates/Entry level OR with 1-2 years working experience applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in dealing with Multi-national companies will be an added advantage.
• Good spoken & written English.

• Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales)
• Provide customer service and build customer database
• Liaising with dealers, contractors and designers on smaller scale projects

SALES/MARKETING EXECUTIVE - Cheras (RM2000 - RM3500)

• Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities
• Establish plan and strategies to expand the customer base and to achieve a sales target
• To update and improve marketing tools
• To monitor sales profit and source more competitive products to compete in aspects of pricing

SALES EXECUTIVE - Petaling Jaya (Basic RM2000 - RM3500)

• To achieve sales target through the implementation of effective sales plan and channeling strategy.
• To service current account, source and secure new accounts to ensure optimal growth for the compay products, in accordance with business targets set.
• To manage product portfolio effectively in accordance with the company priorities.
• To carry out product presentation to dealers on timely and regular basis.
• Brief the current and upcoming sales campaigns to the dealers on a timely basis.
• To collect the dealers' sell out data on regular basis.
• To monitor the dealers' inventory closely.
• Plan sell out activities for slow moving stocks.
• To increase SKU in retail outlets.
• To generate accurate sales forecast upon through discussion with the dealers.

• Attend and promote company's products to potential clients
• Build strong relationship with clients to maximize company profit
• Cold calling / telemarketing to expand company clientele base

MARKETING EXECUTIVE - Segambut, KL (RM2200 - RM3000)

• To promote & market company's products to the relevant authorities plus any other marketing related duties as directed by Senior Management
• Report to Marketing Manager – Project Team
• Achieve sales targets
• Build strong relationship with customers and suppliers
• Identify business opportunities within the marke
• Liaise with Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Interior designers on up-coming and on- going projects
• Prepare quotation for clients, specification of products
• Responsible to assist Marketing Manager to develop, manage and service potential customers
• Ensure collection of payment of accounts under you are in on time
• To monitor & prepare Project list report
• Assisting Marketing Manager on project team. 

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE, Banking & FInance - KL City (RM2000 - RM2900)

• To promote company's products/services to corporate sector, especially the Multi National Companies, GLC.
• To build and maintain business relationship with new and existing clients.
• To expand clientele base by carrying out telemarketing & cold calling & etc.
