Job Requirements

SENIOR SALES ENGINEER / SALES ENGINEER - Petaling Jaya:-

Possess a tertiary education or professional degree in any discipline with good results.
Able to work independently, self-driven but also an active team member.
Possess sense of urgency, commitment, customer service aptitude and results oriented.
Possess strong communication, interpersonal and analytic skills.
Capable of interacting and managing people at different levels and diversity.
Possess own transport, and a passion to learn and serve.
Preferably junior executives with 2-3 years experience in Sales - Engineering.
Strong verbal and written English

AIR -COND MANAGER - Petaling Jaya:-

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Preferably those who has experience in HVAC project.
Knowledge of AUTOCAD and other drawing software is a must.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

SALES & APPLICATION ENGINEER - Subang Jaya:-

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
Required language(s): Chinese, English
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Working experience in related fields and with sales experiences are encouraged to apply
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.

SALES ENGINEER - Sungai Besi:-

Diploma/Degree in Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Possess at least 2 years sales experience in F&B, Chemical, Automotive, Oil & Gas, or equivalent will have an added advantage.
Fresh Graduates who passion in sales are encouraged to apply.
Excellent interpersonal communication/presentation skill & Build up strong relationships with key persons.

SALES ENGINEER (Japanese Speaking) - Shah Alam:-

Min Diploma and above
Must be able to speak Japanese fluently
At least 2 years sales experience/related field
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of mechanical & electrical, or semi-conductor machinery
Must willing to travel within Klang Valley and overseas (Singapore/Thailand/Indonesia/Japan/China/Tai wan)

SALES, BUILDING - Shah Alam:-

Minimum Diploma in Building/Engineering/Construction/QS or equivalent
Technically sound in architectural and structural material requirement
Good knowledge and understanding of current market material values
Pleasant disposition with good command of English
Travelling is required – to cover Sales regionally
Minimum 3 years’ experience in building materials sales, preferably in steel building industry

SALES ENGINEER - Shah Alam:-

Diploma /Degree in Engineering(Electrical/Electronics, Computer/Telecommunications), Engineering or any other related disciplines
1 to 2 years working experience in sales and marketing is preferred
Experience in Access and Security System is an added advantage
Independent, aggressive, self- motivated, committed, ability to interact and team player
Knowledge of Mandarin or others Chinese dialect would be added advantage
Possess own transport with valid driving license

Job Responsibilities

SENIOR SALES ENGINEER / SALES ENGINEER - Petaling Jaya (RM2500-RM5000)

To liaise with M&E consultants on product's design, specifications and other related application matters
To work with M&E contractors, owners & developers on tenders and quotations
To liaise with factory on customer requirements to ensure compliance of specifications
To negotiate price, execution of order & delivery and ensure timely collection of payment
To liaise with clients and engineering team on testing and commissioning as well as other warranty matters
To achieve the forecasted sales target and profit margin.

AIR -COND MANAGER - Petaling Jaya (Negotiable depends on experiences and qualifications)

To follow up with consultants, architects and mechanical & electrical contractors for project opportunity.
To expand the project channels through private sector.
To grow project sales business.
To manage product portfolio effectively in accordance with the Company.
To maintain and develop long lasting relationships with existing and new accounts.
To ensure prompt collection of payment.

SALES & APPLICATION ENGINEER - Subang Jaya (RM2500-RM5000)

Promote company's product/solution to potential customers and market coverage in Factories End Users.
Serving existing customers to maximize business opportunities.
Build good relationship with customers
Demostrate and explain clearly about product/solution to customers.

SALES ENGINEER - Sungai Besi (MR2500-RM4000)

Manage & grow existing accounts through providing sales/technical support.
Be responsible for sales targets to achieve profitability goals.
Identify new business opportunities, develop new accounts & markets.
Formulate & implement comprehensive market driven sales plan to be in line with company's overall goals.
Enhance existing customer relationships & achieve operational efficiency.
Any other duties assigned.

SALES ENGINEER (Japanese Speaking) - Shah Alam:- (RM2300 - RM3000)

Min Diploma and above
Must be able to speak Japanese fluently

Conduct presentation to potential client.

Submission of reports on customer visits and actions required.
