Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 2 years to 9 years working experience in construction, OR property development industry, OR civil and structural works, OR pipe jacking, pipe bursting and cured in place pipe is an added advantage.
• Experience and skills in using Microsoft Project , Primavera software, 3D
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Able to communicate in English, and Chinese (Chinese speaking candidates required to service clients from China).

Job Responsibilities

Responsibility: (Junior Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager) ~ Fresh Graduates, or 2 years - 9 years experience required

• Co-ordinate and supervise project execution plans for the implementation of civil and structure work from project initiation, planning,commissioning and handover.
• Interaction with client, consultant, supplier and government agencies.
• Monitor and analyze the project including quality, schedule, cost and changes.
• Provide professional measures for technical matters.
• Closely monitor services provided by vendors and contractor and make timely instruction.
• Summarize project progress and review project schedule.

Responsibility: (Junior Project Engineer/Junior Project Architect) ~ 2 years - 3 years experience required

• Participate in the conceptual design and provide full technical support through an entire project.
• Apply diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields.
• Experience leading coordination with consultants on multi-discipline projects required.
• Responsible for executing specific technical design aspects of an assigned project,including investigation, evaluation and recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client’s needs.
• Scheduling and overseeing architectural projects.
