PA TO CEO (SUBANG JAYA/ PUBLIC LISTED EXPERIENCE NEEDED)

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in SUBANG JAYA.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to CEO.
  • Plan and manage schedule, including travel arrangements, meetings, AGM, EGM, appointments, business activities, prepare presentations and other related tasks of CEO.
  • Assisting CEO in handling day to day business/ operational activities and matters, especially on tracking of datelines, follow up with respective team on issues, assignments or project status to ensure timely completion
  • Compiling of monthly report from Head of Business Unit for Management review. 
  • Coordinating with company secretary and panel lawyer on agreements/ contracts, filing and follow up on legal/ litigation matters within the group.
  • In charge of internal audit and prepare quarterly report for Management review.
  • To maintain CEO’s office environment as to ensure it is neat and organized.
  • Undertake other special assignments, ad- hoc functions or duties as and when required by the CEO.
