Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Mechanical or Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Japanese (Chinese OR Japanese Speaking candidates required to service clients from Japan and China).
- MUST have minimum 3 years to 4 years of working experience in of equipment/machine design, factory automation system, possess knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of machining process and sheet metal fabrication.
- Good knowledge in pneumatic, sensor,motor and linear motion system.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
- Position type: Permanent.
- MUST be willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to start with short period of notice.
Job Responsibilities
- To decide the specification and issue for overall machine.
- Fully in-charge with the discussion and confirm the specification with customer and sales person.
- Assigned order delivery date and design work hour control by personal.
- To take countermeasures and analyse problems occur during machine adjustment, set-up and customer claim.
- To produce new design/function as according to customer specification requirement.
- To improve the quality and reducing cost for standard machine by create awareness for VE design.
- Prepare quotation for standard machine order.
- Train and educate new engineers.
- To manage a group of engineers for daily order job & development job.
- Interface with other departments to ensure any projects are carrying out smoothly and complete according to customer requirements.
- Responsible for ISO 9001 and drawing documentation carry our accordingly.
