JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Proven record in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT exposure locally and worldwide
- Excellent planning, analyzing and problem solving skills
- Able and willing to travel overseas in a short notice period of time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and communicate strategic Business Unit objectives and assignments
- Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating objectives.
- Partner with other leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives
- Explore and analyze technical, production and management disciplines
- Directly supervise all Business Units leaders and indirectly supervise all sites employees
- Work closely and support the Managing Director in strategic planning and execution of the current and future growth of the company
