CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (PJ, PUCHONG, KOTA DAMANSARA & KL) IMMEDIATE HIRING

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in PJ,PUCHONG,KOTA DAMANSARA & KL.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • 10 Full-Time position(s) available.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

LOCATION: PJ
SALARY: RM 2500-RM 3000

  • Responsible for after sales service for return customers in accordance to the policies and procedures.
  • Provide good support to sales team in daily sales activities covering from customers’’purchase orders, shipment arrangement, inventory control and prompt response to customer inquiries.
  • To communicate and liaise with all concerned parties to ensure customer’s requirements are fully fulfilled as well as standard procedures are followed.
  • Reliable and good team work to achieve team’s goals.
  • Responsible for sales administrative jobs and documentation.
  • Provide daily, monthly and/or as and when any other report require.
  • Any other jobs as assigned by the Head of Sales.
LOCATION: PUCHONG
SALARY: RM 2500 BASIC + RM 800 (PETROL ALLOWANCE)

  • Prepare quotation, communicate with customers regarding quotation status, orders, delivery, outstanding invoices, etc.
  • Provide customers with order update, available lead time and prices upon request
  • Maintain effective communication between sales, marketing, and shipping to effectively respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery requirements
  • Follow up import permits with hospital or Ministry of Health
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Travel to hospitals to meet, service and solve problem
LOCATION: KOTA DAMANSARA
SALARY: RM 2000- RM 2500 + COMMISSION
  • Attend and follow through sales and customer inquires.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotion activities
  • Perform telemarketing activities
  • Complete documentations for customer credit upgrades/evaluation
  • Prepare and excuse complete sales cycle including quotation, order confirmation, and sales order for delivery
  • Other duties assigned by your superior
LOCATION: KL, BUKIT BINTANG
SALARY: RM 2500 (MAX) + OT
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Other duties assigned by your superior
  • Front desk customer service.
