Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): ERP.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mid Valley/ Damansara / Petaling Jaya/ Puchong
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- 5 Full-Time positions available.
Job Responsibilities
1) ERP APPLICATION SUPPORT CONSULTANT
- Provide application support to clients on the customized software
- Conduct user training and prepare system documentations
- Assist in the implementations, maintenance, quality assurance / testing and continuous improvements of customized software
- Documentation, systems setup, data migration and etc
- Assist in integration with ERP modules, data migration and other related task assigned and closely with regional ERP implementation team
2) SYSTEM EXECUTIVE
- Responsible to support & maintain existing ERP software.
- Responsible for installation and configuration of the existing application software.
- Responsible for diagnosis of application issues and solving technical & application problems. Responsible to handle helpdesk for ERP users.
- To provide training to users periodically.
- Any other duties assigned by your superior.
