IT MANAGER (MEDISOFT SYSTEM )

• Responsible  for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, Local and/or Wide area networks, IT security and telecommunications
• Responsible for MIS operations, which include network management, MEDISOFT system, network security and managing any of IT project to be engaged in the future
• Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors 
• Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement
• Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures
• Supervise and ensure  systems are functioning properly and to provide fast response or solutions to ad hoc request from users from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
• Candidates that familiar in MEDISOFT System / any medical software are added advantage
• Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT / IT SUPPORT/ IT HELPDESK ( 5 DAYS)

•  To handle IT infrastructure such as desktop, network, system and databases
• - To manage corporate network infrastructure, servers and IT security
• - IT Project management and planning
• - To liaise with system vendors and regional office on system implementation
• - To provide helpdesk and end-user support

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, IT/ computer Studies
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

IT SYSTEM SUPPORT SPECIALIST ( SYSTEM / SERVER, RM4,000 - RM6,500 )

• Assist in providing Project Implementation and Level 2 & 3 Post Sales Support for HQ and branches on one or more following specialized technology or solutions:

                    i) Microsoft Solutions eg Windows Server Exchange

                   ii) Server / storae solutions eg Hp/Dell Server / SAN Storage

                 iii) Server Virtualization Solutions eg VM Ware/ Symantec/ Ghost / Antivirus and etc

• Able to handle installations, configurations, replacement and enhancement for the systems
• Willing to travel around Klang Valley

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MCSE Certification.  OR VM Ware VCP certificate
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
