SERVICE ENG(JUNIOR/SENIOR,AIRCOND/WATER/ELEVATOR INDUSTRY)-PENANG/JB/SELANGOR

1.Responsibilities for Service Engineer:(Subang Jaya/Batu Pahat)-Air Conditioning Industry

• Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery,equipment, pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments by performing the following duties.
• Carry out inspections and tests on machinery and equipment.
• General servicing of machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
• Dismantles/repairs defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
• Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings,gears, and other parts of machinery.
•  Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
• Inspect/check of lay out, assembles,installs, and maintains pipe systems andrelated hydraulic and pneumatic equipment,and repairs and replaces gauges, valves,pressure regulators, and related equipment.
• Installs, programs, or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as programmable controllers.
• General report writing for internal and external customers.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Service Engineer).
• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Service Technician).
• Min 2 years experience in service, installation, site commissioning related.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems is an advantage.
•  Dynamic and able to adapt in a  fast- paced environment.
• Team player as well as the ability to work independently.
• Possess  an authorize & valid local driving License.

2.Responsibilities for Service Engineer: (Senai,Johor)-Water Treatment Solution Industry

• Services include but not limited to technical advise,system monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting, piping & repairing job.
• To ensure subordinate follow company,customer rules,practices, manage subordinate to perform necessary job task effectively (meeting quality, agreed time line & within budgeted cost).
• Ensure all data/info recorded in the monitoring checklist timely,prepare Preventive Maintenance(PM) planning & execution,analyzing all data collected in the monitoring checklist, carry out daily job task planning,ensure good housekeeping and advise customer for parts, plant or system improvement and the best practices.
• Fast respond to troubleshoot system abnormality, report & advice customer on system abnormality and to inform & advise customer for parts, plant or system abnormality and suggest actions or the best practices to customer.
• Submit the report timely (according to agreed date line) to customer, call monthly meeting (according to agreed date line) to discuss on monthly report, AR & issue arise, ensure Job order / work order completed with Service Report & necessary document, carry out  “On Job Training”  to technician at side and when necessary and task assigned by superior / HOD as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering preferred.
• 1 -3 years experience in managing IETS & RODI Plant/ Water Treatment.
• CePIETSO competent certificate.
• Able to troubleshooting system independently.
• Possess good leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work in Senai,Johor.

3. Responsibilities for Senior Service Engineer: (Penang)-Water Treatment Solution Industry

• To guide each Service Engineer/Contract Site Engineer on analyzing data collected & advise customer for system.
• performance, improvement and the best practices in WWTP & RODI plant.
• To guide each Contract Site Engineer on troubleshoot, report & advice customer on system abnormality or arrange vendor to repair equipment in WWTP & RODI plant.
• To lead each Contract Site Engineer to ensure proper service provided to each service contract site according to Work Order orContract agreement.
• To guide & provide support to each Contract Site Engineer to perform their task.
• To apply & ensure standard practice across all Contract Site.
• To ensure and guide each Contract Site Engineer, subordinate and ownself follow company & customer safety rules & requirement.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Diploma,Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Chemical,Electrical/Electronic,Environmental/Health/Safety, Industrial, Chemistry or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,Chinese, English.
• Min 5 years working in WWTP or RODI plant site with hands on experience & Degree holder.
• Min 8 years working in WWTP or RODI plant site with hands on experience.
• Possess own transport.

4. Responsibilities for Assistant Service Engineer: (Subang)-Elevator Industry

• Provide the technical support for Automation products.
• Project testing & commissioning of automation products.
• Documents submission & stocks arrangement for automation products to customer.

Requirement:

• Minimum at least Cert/Diploma in Electrical &Electronic.
• Fresh graduates preferred.
• PREFER CHINESE MALE CANDIDATES (required to liaise with clients from CHINA).
• Independent, team player with strong analytical skills.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to travel.

Salary Range:-Service Engineer (Airconditioning Industry) : RM2500 - RM 3500

                        -Service Engineer (Water Treatment Industry) :RM 3000 - RM 4000

                        -Senior Service Engineer (Water Treatment Industry) : RM 5000-RM 6500

                        -Assistant Service Engineer (Elevator Industry) : RM 1700 - RM 2000
