SALES / BD EXECUTIVE_VARIOUS INDUSTRY(MNC/ PLC, Basic: RM2k-4k, 5 days)

Fresh entry-Fresh graduate or less than 1 year related experience
Junior- Minimum 1-3 years experience
Senior- 3 years experience and above

General Requirements:
  • Possess SPM, Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration/ Studies/ Management, International Business, Logistics, Construction, Civil Engineering, Public Relations, Information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant
  • Candidate should have Pleasant Personality, Performance-oriented, High Self-confident, Have patient in doing sales
  • Candidate should possess excellent communication skill and presentation skill
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English, extra language will have added advantages
  • Possess Own transport and willing to travel within KL or PJ or Outstation (Optional)
  • Fresh Graduates or candidate with any sales(Eg: Part-time Promoter )/ Customer Service experience are welcome to apply

1)
POSITION: SALES / KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
LEVEL:  Fresh/ Junior
INDUSTRY: Automotive
LOCATION: KL/ Klang
SALARY PACKAGE: Basic (RM2,400-RM2,500 depend on qualification and experience) + Allowances + Claims + Bonus(twice annually) + Company Benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To promote new launch product to existing customer
  • To handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • To register the vehicle parts in the system correctly
  • To maintain good relationship with existing customers and suppliers.
  • To implement sales and marketing strategies to increase profits for the company.
  • To liaise with the forwarders or exporters for logistics arrangement.
  • To responsible for sales collection and documentation of sales activities.

2)
POSITION: Business Development Executive
LEVEL:  Fresh/ Junior
INDUSTRY: Telecommunication
LOCATION: Kuala Lumpur
SALARY PACKAGE: Basic (RM2,000-RM3,000 depend on qualification and experience) + allowances + commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To generate new corporate accounts.
  • Able to conduct presentation to corporate customers on the company's product and services.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • To develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage company’s contract / project / PO
  • Project’s presentation
  • Lead meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization’s business interests
  • Define personal and corporate revenue objectives

3)
POSITION: Sales Executive
LEVEL:  Fresh/ Junior/ Senior
INDUSTRY: Printing Solution/ Imaging Solution/ Auto-ID / Business Solution Software
LOCATION: Kuala Lumpur/ Petaling Jaya / Shah Alam
SALARY PACKAGE: Basic (RM2,000-RM4,000 depend on qualification and experience) + various benefits (allowances, commission, bonus-performance/ contractual, incentive, annual or medical leave)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate new accounts / sales to meet the monthly sales target.
  • Prepare quotation / proposal / presentation to clients
  • Doing market research on latest trends
  • Ensure overall smooth running of sales activities and operations
  • Promoting and selling range of digital products and solutions to potential customers and maintaining the existing customers
  • Participate in customer presentations and identification of prospects.
  • Sales negotiation and develop and implement solutions to meet customers' requirements
  • Ensure high level of market penetration through sales activities to achieve monthly sales target set and gross in numbers.
4)
POSITION: Sales Executive
LEVEL:  Fresh/ Junior
INDUSTRY: Logistics-International & Domestic(Freight forwarding/ Express Delivery)
LOCATION: Kuala Lumpur/ Klang / Shah Alam                                             
SALARY PACKAGE: Basic (RM2,000-RM4,000 depend on company offer and experience) + allowances + commission+ various benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate cold calls with prospect for sales appointment.
  • Maintenance of an adequate sales call schedule and preparation of call reports.
  • To develop and deliver sales proposals and product/service presentations to customers.
  • Coordinate shipments of key accounts.
  • Regular discussion with sales team during sales meeting.
  • Provide quotation to customers.
  • Source for rate with overseas agents, satellite offices & carriers.
  • Exploring new business potential & serving small and medium-sized company with regular express usage.
  • Maintain and develop existing customers with organic growth
  • Handle and answer customers' queries
  • Proactively promote company services via courtesy sales visits.
  • Qualify sales leads and make appointment for sales visit if necessary

5)
POSITION: Business Development Executive
LEVEL:  Junior/ Senior
INDUSTRY: Building Material
LOCATION: Petaling Jaya
SALARY PACKAGE: Basic (RM2,500-RM3,500 depend on qualification and experience) + allowances + commission + incentive + company benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Promote brand names, products and services by interacting with customers, sales prospects, business partners and the media.
  • To organize and conduct Presentations, Demonstrations and Promotions of brands, products and services of the company.
  • To identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • To conduct sales function, ensuring the optimum performance of the entire spectrum from initial proposal to the closing of sales.
  • Practice excellent Customer Service and Relationships with customers reflecting the company’s After-Sales Service Charter.
  • Serving existing customers and look for new clients/markets
  • Handle sales inquiries from customers
  • Product presentation and follow up with customers till close deal
  • Make sure collection of payment is on time
  • Responsible to achieve the target being set by the management
