Job Description:
- Responsible for overall department job function.
- Monitor & ensure the company QMS are always maintain & compliance to TS requirements.
- Communicate & liaise with customer for all related to Quality matters.
- Study and generate the quality improvement solution by using the quality technical tools such as SPC,FMEA, Six Sigma etc.
- Conduct internal and external Quality meeting for products or process improvements.
- Ensure Inspection Standards, Testing Procedures and formats according to customer requirement.
- Give support, training and guidance to subordinate in order to assist them to accomplished the task.
- Ensure achieving department objective (KPI) and Work Improvement Program (WIP).
i. In-Coming Quality Acceptance : 98%
and above
ii. Out-Going Quality Acceptance : 100%
iii. QMS Major Non-conformance : 0 CAR - Conduct supplier survey and process audit activities together with Purchasing Department.
- Evaluate defective sample and prepare trouble shooting report.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and servicing activities such as CAR, Quality Report, Customer
- Satisfaction Survey, discussion on product improvement etc.
- Conduct MSA every 6 months for attribute data and 12 months for variable data.
- Identify and conduct the equipment’s calibration for Inspection purpose.
- Responsible for Corrective eaction reviewed and follow up.
- Review and maintain QMS 5 Core Tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan and SPC every 3 months.
- Take a leader to conduct the Internal Quality Audit activities at least one a year.
- Conduct duties being assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree / Masters in any field.
- With minimum of 5 years to 7 years working experiences in QA/QC Department.
- Experienced in handling ISO/Quality Management System.
- Supervisory skills and experiences is required.
- Good knowledge on the QC Technical Tools.
- Good communication & problem solving skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Possess own transport.
- Salary: RM3000 - RM4000
